Close to my meeting. Price was good. Ok for a quick overnite. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful.
Could not believe the Inn did not have hangers for clothes. The dead bolt did not lock due to alignment with the door frame. Breakfast wasn't available even by 7 am on Saturday as advertised. When we checked in the room was missing hand towels and the tub had not been cleaned. Dirt and hair in the tube was probably due the the fact the tub did not drain very well.
Nothing except location ...
Cleanliness , comfort , star of facilities .
I liked the location.
I didn't like the service. There was no remote to the television, small towels to bathe/shower with, or swimming pool on site.
Refrigerator had last tenant's food in it; air conditioner in my room didn't work so had to change rooms. However, staff made sure everything got worked out, so it wasn't a problem. Staff was top-notch.
I wish I could write something good about my stay. Unfortunately this was the worse experience of my life. It started with me booking my room at 11:45pm on Thursday for Friday, just to be told that I would not be able to check in until 7am in the morning. I tried to explain that online I couldn't book it for Thursday. It kept telling me that Thursday was not available. So, I told them I would just come in on Saturday. When I came in, they informed me that they charged me for Friday and I would have to pay again for Saturday. The nerve of them. It wasn't like I wanted my money back. I just wanted the two days that I paid for. Online, it said I would be charged $100 total for two nights. I ended up paying $116 for one night. I could have stayed at the LaQuinta for that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They took 45 minutes, in a lobby with no AC, once I got there just to find my file. Just to inform me that they were going to rip me off for one nights stay that I never stayed. It was a awful, costly, experience.
Very close to Cowboy's Stadium. Low price for football weekend. Had rooms available for sold out game. Cheap and relatively clean. Staff very responsive to correct multiple deficiencies. Free Harlequin Romance novel give away at the office.
Had trouble locating my reservation. Phoned twice before being confirmed on day of arrival. No towels, washrags, or cups in room when we checked in. Half role of tp. Cereal, coffee and juice breakfast bar. Had to go to office to get ironing board and iron. No hangers in the "closet". Paper thin towels. Second day delivery of towels, included no washcloths. Overwhelmed by weekend crowd. Not sure they own or use vacuum cleaners.
Nothing but the location. .
It was dirty and poorly maintained. No glasses in room and the linens were old and stained. Desk was rude and very slow on check in and generally it was a terrible experience. We even refused to take a shower there.
